Write and design compelling narrative-driven gameplay, including character development, dialogue, and world-building elements.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams.
Craft Dialogue and Script.
World-Building and Lore Development.
Iterate and Revise.
Ensure narrative consistency across different platforms, narrative arcs, and characters throughout the game's development.

Required Skills

Proven experience (+3 years) as a Narrative Designer, having participated in at least one AAA project, from start to finish.
Providing a portfolio of previous work, including narrative design documents, dialogue samples, or narrative-driven game projects.
Strong experience in writing dialogue that fits the tone and voice of different characters, while considering the interactive nature of video games.
Experience with Unreal Engine.
Ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team (game designers, artists, game programmers) to integrate narrative seamlessly into the gameplay experience.
Strong attention to detail in terms of narrative continuity, pacing, and emotional impact.
Problem-solving skills.
Fluent/Native English and Spanish is required.
Located/willing to relocate in Madrid (Hybrid working model)

Nice to have

Familiarity with narrative design tools and software.
A deep understanding of video games as a storytelling medium.
Familiarity with various game genres.
