Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales calls from Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information about services and offerings from Luminus.
• Effectively process orders and maintain accurate sales records in the system.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitive market trends.

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written), with strong communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is beneficial.
• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
