Netsuite Analyst

Introduction to the Position

One of my Spanish clients is looking to hire a dedicated NetSuite Analyst. The company has been live with NetSuite for several years and the system is in a healthy state.

However, they have been relying on external consultants and independent contractors for support and maintenance. Now, they want to establish a dedicated in-house team to support, maintain, and improve the NetSuite system. This role requires Spanish language proficiency and an on-site presence in their Madrid office for 3 days a week.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the NetSuite system.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and document functional specifications and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
• Implement system improvements and enhancements.
• Train and support end-users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the NetSuite system.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to the ERP system.

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP system.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Ability to work on-site in Madrid for 3 days a week.
