Role Purpose Design & deliver, engineer & innovate the IoT network comprising IMS, NGIN, and CSDB domains. Enable the best user experience for IoT customers worldwide. The responsibilities include: IP Multimedia SubSystem (IMS), Next Generation Intelligent Network (NGIN), Common Subscriber DataBase (CSDB) high/low level design, engineering and delivery. IMS, NGIN, CSDB Capacity / Configuration management. Responsible for test lab IMS, NGIN, CSDB: configuration management, SW acceptance, integration, troubleshooting, security, Life Cycle Management. IMS, NGIN, CSDB vendor management: technical engineering SPOC towards the platform vendor (Nokia, Atos, Ericsson) on behalf of Vodafone. What you bring Established experience in Network and Service development and implementation ideally in a Global Telco / IoT environment. Proven deep technical skills related to IMS/NGIN/CSDB and Nokia/Atos/Ericsson products, including familiarity with standards, blueprints and specialistic tech documentation. Good knowledge of CNF/CaaS technology, Public Cloud, SW development, APIs and typical environment problems. Assurance experience having looked after Engineering/Operation domains working both with waterfall and agile approach. Proven experience and attitude to work in multinational and multicultural teams in a complex large company and matrix environments. Degree in electrical / electronic / telecommunications / Software / Computer engineering. Good degree of autonomy and ability to self-start on complex deliverables in ambiguous situations. Problem solving and process improvement skills with the ability to implement tactical and strategic solutions as appropriate. Excellent communication skills, ability to explain, enlighten, educate and above all engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
