What will you do?

• Build and manage a portfolio of new business clients in the Dutch market


• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business goals and recommending tailored Google Ads solutions


• Generate new business through outbound sales activities and identify opportunities to increase advertising investment


• Develop high-performing PPC campaigns that drive measurable business results


• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention


• Manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records


• Identify customer needs and provide strategic digital marketing recommendations


• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators


• Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and market trends while delivering outstanding service


• Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible customer experience

Candidate profile

• BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).


• C2 level of Dutch and a high level of English (both written and spoken).


• Proven sales and/or marketing experience (2+ years preferred), with a track record of winning over clients in high-stakes, target-driven environments.


• Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach; experienced in improving CRM systems.


• Deep understanding of Dutch business etiquette, cultural nuances, and regional digital marketing ecosystems.


•  Awareness of local regulations, specifically GDPR and data privacy, to ensure compliant outreach.


•  Excellent written and verbal presentation skills; ability to persuasively explain complex ideas and handle sophisticated ROI questions.


•  Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with the ability to work independently while collaborating actively with a team.


• Solid business acumen with the ability to conduct competitor analysis and analyze market trends to inform strategic positioning.

• Gross annual salary of €23,876.19 and up to €3,407.56 gross per year bonus
