SO/ Sotogrande, a luxury hotel located in the beautiful coastal town of Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth hotel operations during the night shift while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing all hotel accounts and generating daily reports
• Check in late-arriving guests and address their needs during the night shift
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor hotel security and respond to emergencies as needed
• Process room charges, payments, and adjustments accurately
• Prepare and distribute various reports for hotel management
• Assist with early morning breakfast service preparation when required
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

• Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills (MS Office suite)
• Strong mathematical and accounting skills for accurate financial reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Previous experience in hotel night audit or similar role preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor during night shifts
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; other languages is a plus
