Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a vacancy for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Experience Agent who can work remotely from Greece! We are searching for motivated individuals eager to provide outstanding service to our Norwegian-speaking clients. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support in Norwegian through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
  • Collect customer feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and finding solutions for customers.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team.
