• Supporting Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Handling account and service-related inquiries with professionalism and care

• Troubleshooting and assisting with basic technical questions
• Ensuring excellent customer experiences in every interaction

• Native-level Norwegian with good English skills (spoken and written)
