• Source and engage Norwegian-speaking candidates for various job openings
• Conduct initial interviews in both Norwegian and English—your language skills are essential!
• Build positive relationships with candidates and clients alike
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences
• Keep our candidate databases accurate and organized
• Support each step of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience for everyone
• Bring your creativity and ideas to the table to enhance our recruitment strategies

• Fluency in both Norwegian and English is a must
• Excellent communication and people skills are key for building strong relationships
• We are looking for self-starters who can work independently while enjoying teamwork
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn will help you thrive in this role!

• No previous recruitment experience is necessary; we believe in providing thorough training!
