Descripción del trabajo - Norwegian speaking Travel Advisor

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €22.249 gross/year

Schedule: Full-time (39 hours/week), rotational shifts between 09:00–20:00 (Monday to Sunday, 2 days off per week)

In their vibrant Barcelona office, they are now looking to hire a Norwegian-speaking Travel Advisor to join their exciting team.

Role

As a Norwegian Travel Advisor, you will be supporting travelers and accommodation providers through a major online travel platform. Your main tasks include:

Understanding and identifying customer needs
Mediating between international travelers and accommodation providers
Clarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, or technical issues
Providing accurate information and following set procedures via email and phone
Ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
