Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of Norwegian-speaking clients.

Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term B2B relationships.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue. Analyze client performance and provide data-driven recommendations. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and onboarding. 

Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth account transitions.

Requirements

Native or C2 level Norwegian. 

Good level of English, minimum B2. 

1–3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.

Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or tech is a strong plus. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
