Norwegian-Speaking Sales Development Representative – Ads Products

About the Role
We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Ads Products team in Barcelona.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, promoting advertising solutions, and building strong relationships within the Nordic market.
The ideal candidate is a confident, proactive, and target-driven sales professional with excellent Norwegian and English communication skills, strong CRM experience, and a solid understanding of the Nordic business landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell Ads products and services.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Nordic market.
• Build, maintain, and update customer databases with accurate and complete information.
• Develop and consolidate the customer base through consistent prospecting and follow-up.
• Record outbound call activity, customer responses, and relevant interactions in the CRM.
• Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with prospects and customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant advertising solutions.
• Handle customer questions and inquiries professionally and effectively.
• Monitor competitor products, services, and market developments.
• Develop effective sales strategies based on customer insights and competitive analysis.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and decision-makers.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
• C2-level Norwegian with advanced English communication skills.
• Previous sales experience; 20+ months of experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Strong CRM experience and the ability to use CRM tools effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
• Good business acumen and the ability to understand complex business environments.
• Experience conducting competitor and market analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
