Position Snapshot

The role 

The person will lead the commercial relationships and negotiations with the above market Corporate Veterinary customers in Europe. 


What you’ll do


• Act as the single account lead for Vet strategic corporate customers, establishing win-win partnerships and driving commercial strategic plans for long-term profitable revenue.
• Coordinate the different markets to ensure the correct cascading and the best-in- class execution of the strategy and the plans for the Vet Strategic corporate customers
• Develop and implement strategic customer programs tailored to customer requirements, serving as the central point of contact between the customer and Purina team.
• Manage customer investments, including setting and managing annual trade investment budget and activating tools negotiated with the customer.
• Oversee and drive the tender and contract negotiation process for the Vet corporate customers above markets, establishing and managing customer network leads and facilitating key contacts between Purina and customer influencers. 
• Capture Strategic Revenue Management vet corporate customers’ requirements and provide inputs for pricing strategy recommendations.

• 8+ years of experience in Generating Demand Functions, with focus in Sales, Key Account Management and/or Market/Channel/Business Development
• Experience in Vet/Specialist Channel dedicated positions, in Nestlé or equivalent FMCG or petfood industry or Vet pharmaceutical industry.
• Successful experience in working with cross functional teams.
• Strong data analysis acumen.
• Strong commercial acumen and effective communication skills are essential.
• A strategic mind-set, innovative approach, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders 

Bonus Points If You: 

• Have a strong knowledge of the UK trade environment and preferably the UK specialist/vet industry.
