Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!  Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities! Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc. As you know, every person is different and so is every role in a company. That is why we have to adapt accordingly, and the process may differ slightly at times. ️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️

• Bachelor's degree in computer science , computer information systems, information technology, or a related field. .
• Proven experience 5 years in designing, implementing, and managing observability solutions in a production environment.
• In-depth knowledge of observability concepts and technologies, including monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools and platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Jaeger, etc.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Go, or similar for automation and tool development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
• Certifications in relevant areas such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) would be a plus.
• English Fluent .

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design observability solutions that meet business needs.
• Implementing monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions to capture and analyze relevant metrics, logs, and traces across our distributed systems.
• Developing custom instrumentation and integrations to collect telemetry data from various components of our infrastructure.
• Configuring and managing observability tools and platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Jaeger, and others.
• Automating observability workflows and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Conducting performance analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in observability, and recommending improvements to our observability strategy.
