As Omnichannel Excellence within our Iberia Omnichannel Capabilities Team, you will contribute to building and delivering best‑in‑class omnichannel tactics that strengthen customer engagement and support Sanofi’s commercial excellence. Ready to get started?

As a member of the  Iberia Omnichannel Capabilities Team, you will play a key role in activating and  optimizing  our omnichannel capabilities across the organization. You will role‑model Play‑to‑Win principles and  behaviours, consistently delivering high performance in both the “what” and the “how”. You will foster strong partnerships and close collaboration with local cross‑functional teams, including  Marketing, Medical, Digital and Procurement as well as with the GTMC pillars, driving structured ways of working to deliver best‑in‑class omnichannel experiences for our customers. You will work efficiently and in a highly effective agile manner, working continuously with the  Global Business Unit (GBUs) to generate value and insights expected from the Omnichannel Operations GTMC pillar. You will help  establish  a unified local voice, prioritizing the needs of all businesses and the perspectives of cross‑functional teams. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Implement omnichannel tactics in close partnership with Omnichannel Managers, ensuring proper activation and alignment with portfolio needs and global GTM standards. 
  • Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns across relevant platforms, applying global tools, templates  and best practices. 
  • Act as the key liaison with internal partners, agencies  and Hub teams to secure smooth content and campaign deployment. 
  • Serve as the go‑to person for technical knowledge on campaign deployment, ensuring adherence to standards and operational excellence. 
  • Collaborate with the Insights & Analytics team to review campaign KPIs,  identify  optimization opportunities and enhance customer/content/channel plans. 
  • Share learnings, best  practices and insights across One Sanofi teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge exchange. 

About you  
 

  • Proven strong experience implementing Omnichannel, Customer Engagement or Digital Marketing campaigns. 
  • Proven  expertise in omnichannel tools & platforms (e.g., SFMC, Magnolia, Jira, PowerBI). 
  • Strong execution skills and a proven ability to deliver outstanding results, combined with strong analytical, strategic planning and project management capabilities. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. 
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in a matrix and multicultural environment. 
  • Be the go-to person for understanding the technicalities and best practices of campaign deployment. 
  • Excellent  Spanish & English skills (written and spoken). 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field. Other backgrounds are also welcome!
