Onboarding Account Manager Barcelona, Spain

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Onboarding Account Manager fluent in Hebrew to join a dynamic, international team in Barcelona. In this hybrid role, you will guide new clients through the onboarding process, help them launch and optimise their digital marketing and PPC campaigns, and act as a trusted advisor. Youll build strong relationships, understand client goals, tailor strategic solutions, manage CRM data accurately, and support long-term client success. Your work will contribute directly to client satisfaction and business growth.

What You Bring

• Native or fluent Hebrew (C2) and strong English (B2 or higher)
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); background in marketing, communication or business is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in onboarding, client services, sales, or account management — ideally with exposure to digital marketing or campaign-driven work
• Demonstrated ability to use CRM systems and manage client data effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — comfortable engaging with clients professionally and confidently
• Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently while meeting targets
• Strategic thinking and an ability to adapt proposals to client needs and market insights
