Bajo la supervisión directa del supervisor de Produccion, el Operador de set up se encargará de asegurar que el molde, maquina o estación de trabajo estará lista con todos sus aditamentos para cuando el personal operativo la requiera.
• Seguir las reglas de Seguridad y participar activamente en el programa vigente
• Preparación de moldes de acuerdo con el modelo requerido por el jefe de grupo según el plan de produccion.
• Meter dobladoras hacia el área de produccion según sean requeridos.
• Sacar los moldes o doblaradoras y herramientas no necesarias en el área siguiendo las instrucciones de su líder o supervisor.
• Organizar área de moldes, laser y dobladoras según la periodicidad que el supervisor le indique.
• Mantener el área de laser y dobladoras ordenada respetando las áreas y espacios asignadas para cada equipo.
• Verificar su equipo de trabajo a diario y llenar sus check lists donde sean requeridos.
• Verificar el buen uso del equipo de seguridad en el área de producción (lentes, tapones auditivos, bata, gafetes, etc.).
• Mantener el equipo asignado bajo buen resguardo y en excelentes condiciones (EPP)
• Mantener su lugar de trabajo limpio organizado y seguro
• Asistir y estar actualizado en cursos obligatorios que se requieran para su posición
-Manejo de Montacargas
-Experiencia con herramientas de medición básicas
-Secundaria terminada
-Conocimientos en lectura e interpretación de planos
-Conocimiento de herramientas de medición como cinta métrica, vernier, etc
-Conocimiento del manejo de montacargas
