Descripción del trabajo - Operational Buyer

The Procurement Buyer will support leaders in several processes related to projects, which includes:

Undertake tasks participating on purchasing goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Support purchasing team and other relevant departments and production facilities to communicate any problems which may impact on operational requirements.
Conduct research for new suppliers at national and international level, developing and maintaining good communications.
Participate throughout the entire purchasing process, managing internal Purchase Requests, launching RFQs, price analysis, assist in the selection of new suppliers, and raise and expedite Purchase Orders though Oracle ERP system.
Develop negotiation skills to negotiate contracts and terms of business with suppliers.
Maintain department records and undertake any general departmental administration
Develop skills in making business savings using negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement

Required Education:

Degree in Business management or a similar field preferred
English: Advanced
Multiculture environment
