Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Consultant – Spain Localization Rollout

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant with proven experience in Spain localization for an ongoing EBS rollout project. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials modules and local Spanish statutory, legal, and tax compliance requirements. You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth implementation aligned with both business needs and local regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the Oracle EBS Finance module rollout (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, EB-Tax) for Spain.
• Ensure full compliance with Spain-specific localizations, including: 
• Configure, test, and support local statutory requirements in Oracle EBS.
• Perform gap analysis between global template and Spanish localization needs.
• Coordinate with global and local teams for data migration, UAT, cutover, and go-live support.
• Create functional documentation: BR100, MD50, test scripts, and training materials.
• Train local finance users and provide post-go-live hypercare.
• SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información)
• Spain VAT and tax reporting
• Fiscal books, 347/349 reports, and withholdings
• FacturaE (electronic invoicing)

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials implementation/support.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle EBS rollouts with Spain localization.
• Strong experience with Spain VAT, SII reporting, and statutory requirements.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, EB-Tax.
• Experience working in multi-country rollout projects and coordinating with global teams.
• Familiarity with Spain legal and tax compliance documentation and practices.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle certifications in Financials modules.
• Experience with global rollout templates and localizations for other EU countries.
• Exposure to integration with external tax reporting systems and electronic invoicing tools.
