More about the role:

We’re looking for someone passionate about paid media and performance marketing, with a curiosity for testing, learning, and optimizing campaigns to join Burson.

What you'll do:

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across social platforms and Google Ads to achieve performance goals.


• Oversee multiple accounts, handling budgets, campaign execution, and ongoing optimization.


• Analyze campaign data and key KPIs to identify insights and improve results.


• Develop strategic media plans aligned with business objectives.


• Prepare clear and actionable reports on campaign performance and recommendation

Experience that contributes to success

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital accounts and paid media campaigns.


• Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).


• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).


• Proven ability in budget management and performance optimization.


• Results-driven mindset with focus on performance KPIs (CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversions).


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive optimizations.


• Experience in reporting and presenting campaign performance insights clearly and effectively.
