About the Role We are looking for a high-energy Sales Trainer to empower our network of Dojo Resellers. You won’t just be teaching product features; you’ll be coaching partners on how to disrupt the payments industry. Your goal is to ensure every reseller partner has the tools, the pitch, and the confidence to win in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
● Partner Onboarding: Delivery of high-impact training sessions for new and existing resellers focusing on the Dojo value proposition.
● Sales Coaching: Training partners on consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques specifically for the SME market.
● Product Mastery: Acting as the subject matter expert on Dojo’s hardware, software, and integrated billing solutions.
● Performance Tracking: Identifying skill gaps within the reseller network and deploying targeted training interventions to boost conversion rates.
● Content Creation: Developing engaging sales playbooks, video tutorials, and remote learning modules.
