We are looking for a senior payroll with experience in the Netherlands payroll for our client, an important multinational in the IT sector, based in Barcelona
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, adhering to Dutch payroll regulations
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions in accordance with legal requirements
and company policies
- Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees in a timely manner
- Manage and provide support with UK and other international payrolls as required
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees
- Stay updated on Dutch labour laws, tax regulations, and other relevant legislation affecting
HR and payroll processes
- Prepare and submit statutory reports, including tax filings, pension contributions, and annual
declarations
- Managing yearly audits (NEN4400-1/SNA) and compliance reviews, maintaining accurate
records and documentation
Profile:
- Fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken, is a must for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and payroll processing, in the Netherlands
- Previous experience working for an Employer or Record (EOR) or similar industries
- Previous experience in managing the NEN4400-1/SNA audit
