Pizza Chef

Infraganti Pizza in Inen is seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team of culinary experts. At Infraganti Pizza, we are dedicated to serving delicious and authentic pizzas made from the finest and freshest ingredients. We believe in creating a memorable dining experience for our customers, and we are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef who shares our passion for creating mouth-watering pizzas.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of delicious and authentic pizzas according to our menu and standards

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation

• Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands

• Maintain a clean and organized work station and kitchen

• Assist in creating new and innovative pizza recipes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role

• Excellent knowledge of pizza making techniques and pizza oven operation

• Knowledge of traditional and modern pizza toppings and ingredients

• Familiarity with food safety regulations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity

• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Culinary degree or certification in culinary arts is a plus

• Proven experience in using a wood-fired pizza oven

• Good knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently

• Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn and improve

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
