The role and its impact on Verisure Technology

The Company is recruiting a Planning & Portfolio management Analyst in charge of analyse the projects executions KPI such as (time/coste deviation, quality, etc.).This job function incorporates aspects of finance, project methodology (agile & waterfall).An analyst creates procedures for work processes, analyses their effectiveness, and also coordinates with team members (Spain & countries) how to improve delivery efficiency.

Responsabilities

·Control project reporting, analyse and categorize issues and deviations.

·Define KPIs, program and project portfolio KPIs.

·Measure and report program and project portfolio KPIs.

·Identify and report bottlenecks, blocking points in his/her assignments.

·Report program and key projects status to management.

·Manage and track progress of allocated teams.

·Ensure project plan is available and project information is dully updated.

·Ensure that baselines are defined at each phase of the life cycle.

·Contribute to costs and load estimates.

·Manage the program synchronization points, consistency & alignment between teams, resolving conflicts.

·Take actions to anticipate, avoid and resolve deviations in the program assigned.

·Follow up non-conformities of tools and project management process.

✅ Requirements/ Qualifications of the position include

·Bachelor’s degree (IT/Telecoms engineering)

·Experience working in a PMO environment preferred (Desirable)

·Project Management Certifications Agile or waterfall (Desirable)

·Knowledge Power BI (Desirable)

·Fluency in English (Must) (C1)

·1 Year experience
