PMO Specialist Telecom Projects

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for its own expanding team a PMO Specialist – Telecom Projects to join its managed services project in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project management within the organization-level PMO or for key delivery projects, and promote the application of digital and intelligent project management.
  

• Organization-level PMO: Plan and drive the achievement of business objectives for key project portfolios; identify and drive the resolution of issues and risks; intervene in project exceptions; and drive the implementation of project control actions.
  

• Key project PMO: Project business management, schedule management, cost management, inventory turnover management, communication management, project performance assessment and incentives, team management, and project operation support, etc.
  

• Support digitalized project management operations.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering Management, or a related field.
  

• Able to use English as the daily working language.
  

• Familiar with the execution and operation models of international telecom engineering projects.
  

• Experienced in execution management of international communications engineering projects.
  

• PMP or other project management certifications are preferred.
  

• Strong ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication and coordination, planning, organizing, and management skills. 
  

• Proactive and conscientious, with a high sense of responsibility and strong execution ability. 
  

• Keen interest in overseas cultures.
