Portfolio Leasing Manager - Based in Barcelona - Apply by 11th of August

WHAT YOU’LL DO

On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Portfolio Leasing Manager you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the team, you will manage our physical store portfolio, negotiations and set a foundation for collaboration and alignment across expansion functions on strategy and projects. 

 Key responsibilities include areas such as:

• Setting the OMNI strategy for your market portfolio
• Negotiate with key property owners and agents
• Optimizing our portfolio through opening, renegotiating, rebuilding, moving and closing stores 
• Finding top locations and deals for new portfolio brands and stores in accordance with roadmap

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You´ll work closely with the Expansion Team, Controlling and legal departments. Active participating in cross-functional initiatives within H&M group.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with...

• At least 3 years working experience within leasing, real estate or a similar role and with experience in the retail real estate market (its potential OMNI, market places and physical brick& mortar, relevant competition, high street and shopping center locations.)
• Leasing management knowledge, understanding of lease contracts and real estate law
• Proven track record of leasing transactions, negotiations and business case simulation
• Strong in planning and executing together with a “can-do attitude” and self-motivating way of working in which constant improvement is part of your way of working
• Flexibility to travel within the market on a frequent basis.
• Fluent in Spanish & English.
