We're hiring a Principal for a leading international bilingual school in Lima:

A well-established private bilingual school in Lima is seeking a Principal to lead its overall operations. The school is part of a family-owned educational group with management ties to Spain.

As Principal, you will:

• Oversee the Administration, Admissions, Maintenance, and Infrastructure departments
• Ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the strategic development of the school.

We’re looking for:

• A degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in team management.
• Experience in the education sector in operational and/or commercial roles (non-academic).
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A service-oriented mindset and the ability to represent the school externally.
• A confident presence and hands-on leadership style will be key to success.

📌 This position is based in Lima, Peru. Candidates must be willing to relocate and work on-site.
