Principal Workday Analyst ALS Laboratories are looking for a Principal Workday Analyst to join their Workday Project team.
You will oversee and deliver configuration and customisation of Workday modules, to meet specific business requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Contract: Full time, permanent Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Human Capital stakeholders (Talent, HR, Compensation & Payroll teams) to understand their business needs and deliver an innovative approach of Workday utilization.
- Provide ongoing design guidance, ensuring the full potential and capability in the configuration of Workday solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Legal and other Centres of Excellence, to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of Workday HCM solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Workday HCM to align with organisational Human Capital and business objectives, ensuring the system supports current and future needs.
- Drive the strategy and execution of ALS’s utilisation of workday for the Human Capital function.
- Oversee data management processes within Workday HCM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Leverage knowledge and expertise of Workday solutions by monitoring for updates and emerging industry trends.
About you - 5+ Years HRIS HCM development, configuration, implementation, and support experience (Workday certifications preferred)
- Deep understanding of end-to-end HR functional processes
- Excellent communicational skills with ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Experience in at least 5 HCM modules such as Core HCM, Absence management, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance, Benefits, Analytics etc.
- Experience with the full lifecycle of both implementation and upgrades.
- English speaking, reading and writing is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree.
