STARTING IMMEDIDATELY: We are looking for a sailing First Mate and Deck/Stew couple team for this immaculately presented Oyster 885 with a light schedule of Mediterranean private cruising plans.

Always professionally run, always in top condition ready for the longstanding owning family to step on board and go cruising. The successful team will be accustomed to providing a 5 star level of service for the owning family and guests.

The Med/Caribbean itinerary is scheduled well in advance, including annual yard periods with not many surprises along the way. The owners are looking for a team who is looking to commit to 2 years service, hopefully longer.

The First Mate and Stew will be joining a Captain/Engineer and Chef couple team to form a strong team of 4 crew. Both candidates must be happy to share a bunk cabin. These owners are fully aware that the right crew makes or breaks their own experience on board. They want to ensure the best candidates are sourced for the positions. Interviews will begin immediately.

Requirements

Mate:

Yachtmaster Offshore

ENG1

STCW

Hospitality/Charter experience

Stew:

Hospitality background - Hotels / Yachts / Hi level Steward training

Sailing experience

Team player

STCW

ENG1

At least 2 seasons as sole Stew on Superyachts or similar sized yachts.
