Job Title: Process optimization \u0026 compliance Manager\n\nLocation: Barcelona, Spain\n\nWe\u2019re looking for a dynamic Process Optimization \u0026 Compliance Manager who is passionate about elevating IT performance across a global organization. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement, simplify complex workflows, and ensure seamless integration of processes and best practices throughout our D\u0026T teams. As a specialist in GxP, Security, or ITIL, you will champion compliance, strengthen audit readiness, and reinforce our commitment to operational excellence.\n\nYou\u2019ll play a pivotal role in professionalizing our IT operations\u2014implementing modern frameworks, promoting adoption, and using technology and AI to make our processes more efficient, consistent, and resilient.
