About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist/Buyer, responsible for managing and negotiating with part of the supplier portfolio of the group’s company, focusing on the Italian market. The role’s mission is to drive indirect revenue growth (through rebates and marketing plan sales) while contributing to the overall profitability and long-term growth of the company.

Main Responsibilities

• Negotiate and secure additional income through supplier rebates and marketing plan agreements.

• Analyze profitability and identify opportunities to increase indirect revenue from assigned suppliers.

• Negotiate growth targets and commercial agreements in line with company objectives.

• Prepare reports and updates on the progress of supplier negotiations.

• Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager and Operations Department to ensure strategic alignment.

• Comply with the company’s Health and Safety standards as part of the Prevention Plan.

• Perform other procurement-related tasks as requested by your manager.

Reports to: Procurement Manager / Operations Director

Requirements

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in the retail or consumer goods sector.

• Demonstrated experience in supplier management and negotiation.

• Fluent/Native level of Italian, with fluent English and/or Spanish.
