Descripción del trabajo - Product Compliance Analyst

As a Product Compliance Associate, you’ll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team that ensures our products meet regulatory requirements across markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow into a compliance leader. You’ll be the owner of a low-volume region, with the chance to scale your impact over time. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll help translate legal requirements into practical operations, support cross-functional projects, and contribute to the ongoing development of our global compliance frameworks. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and ready to build a foundation in compliance strategy and execution.

✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Own and manage product compliance activities for a designated low-volume region, ensuring foundational processes are in place and scaling operations as the region grows.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, product, and operations to collect requirements and contribute to compliance-related project delivery.

  • Assist in tracking and documenting regulatory obligations, helping translate legal guidance into practical workflows and clear internal guidance.

  • Monitor and report on compliance activities, deadlines, and risk indicators using internal systems and tools.

  • Participate in cross-border compliance projects, contributing to coordination and operational follow-up across teams and jurisdictions.

  • Identify opportunities for improving team workflows and tools, bringing forward ideas and solutions to streamline compliance operations.

  • Learn from senior team members through hands-on exposure and structured mentorship, with the goal of growing into a subject matter expert over time.

🤝️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Political Science, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal operations, project coordination, or a related area.

  • Basic understanding of regulatory principles and interest in developing deeper expertise in product compliance and cross-border regulations.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and cultures.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira is a plus.

  • High attention to detail, accountability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • A proactive mindset, comfortable asking questions, proposing solutions, and working both independently and as part of a team.
