We are seeking a passionate Product Content Specialist, skilled in creating intuitive and accessible products and experiences used by millions of people to provide a safe digital experience for their children. You’ll be expected to design and deliver product flows, new features, in-product language, content frameworks, product naming, launch campaigns and more.

What You'll Be Doing with Us:

As a key member of the Product team, you'll craft impactful in-product copy that empowers users to achieve their goals. You'll be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle, from inception to market launch.

  • Own Entire Product User Experience: Take full responsibility for the creation, evolution, editing, and consistency of all in-product and product-related content across the platforms and user journeys, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and enhances the user experience.

  • Own and Evolve the Brand Voice: Lead the development and maintenance of Qustodio's tone of voice and style guidelines, ensuring all materials, both new and existing, are consistent and aligned with our brand book.

  • Create Engaging Content Across Channels: Produce compelling content for marketing campaigns, product feature launches, updates, deprecation notices, fixes, and more.

  • Co-own Support Content: Write and edit content with the CS team for our Help Section, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.

  • Lead Localization Efforts: Oversee and drive localization initiatives, ensuring that product experiences maintain the highest quality across all languages.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Take ownership of cross-functional projects, proactively identifying opportunities and collaborating with multiple teams to drive success.



Requirements:

  • Native English Speaker: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.

  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong writing abilities with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and user-centered design.

  • Experience in Content Creation: Proven experience writing for marketing campaigns, blogs, apps, websites, and product UX copy for both web and mobile interfaces.

  • Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

  • Collaborative Team Player: Enjoys working closely with designers, researchers, marketers, product managers, and engineers to deliver the best product experience.

  • Organized, Motivated, and Proactive: Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Familiar with Product Content Tools: Experience using tools like Figma, Lokalise, or similar platforms to create, manage, and scale content.
