PhazeRo is offering a fully funded, accelerated Master’s scholarship to one exceptional early-career Product Designer based in Oman who’s ready to take their skills — and career — to the next level. 

This is not just a scholarship, it’s a launchpad. You’ll be working alongside our team at PhazeRo while completing your degree, gaining real-world experience as you study.

PhazeRo is sponsoring a full scholarship for an accelerated Master’s degree in Design or a related field through one of our trusted academic partners. We’re looking for a motivated, talented designer who’s already shown promise and is now hungry for deeper knowledge, sharper skills, and broader impact. 

You’ll be part of PhazeRo’s team during the program, applying your learning directly to exciting, real-world projects. 

You’ll get:

Who we’re looking for: 

• You’re a recent graduate or early-career product/UX/UI designer (0–2 years experience). 

• You have a strong portfolio that shows design thinking, problem-solving, and an eye for detail. 

• You’re based in Oman (or an Omani citizen abroad looking to return). 

• You’re eager to pursue a master’s degree in Product Design, UX, or a related field. 

• You’re independent, self-driven, and serious about growing your design career. 

• Bonus: You’ve explored prototyping, UX research, motion design, or design systems
