We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Customer Experience (CX) Squad. This team leads the development of our mobile and web applications, enabling clients to manage their real estate investments, optimize returns, and receive smart, data-driven insights.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the product experience, from concept to execution, ensuring intuitive, elegant, and impactful design solutions that empower our users. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data analysts to create a seamless and delightful customer journey across platforms.

How you will shape Prophero:

• Lead the end-to-end design of new features and improvements for our web and mobile platforms, from concept (wireframes, user flows) to implementation (high-fidelity prototypes, mockups).


• Proactively collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and data analysts to define business challenges and co create innovative solutions that balance user and business goals.


• Create and maintain our Design System, ensuring product consistency and scalability through the management of Design Tokens and reusable components.


• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability tests, metric analysis) to validate hypotheses and ensure our design decisions are always anchored in user needs.


• Champion usability and accessibility as core principles, making sure our solutions are intuitive and accessible for all our clients.


• Be a key voice in product strategy, contributing ideas and constructive feedback to help shape our product vision.

What you will bring to our team:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Product Designer in a digital product environment.


• Advanced proficiency with Figma and other prototyping tools.


• Proven experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems and implementing Design Tokens (this is a key differentiator).


• The ability to plan, execute, and interpret user research.


• Solid knowledge of UX/UI design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.


• Product mindset: You focus on the impact of your designs on the business and the user experience.


• Intermediate to advanced English level is required to work with our international team.
