We’re seeking a Product Marketing Leader—a visionary storyteller, data-driven strategist, and market disruptor—to catapult JOTELULU’s solutions into the spotlight. This isn’t a backseat role. You’ll own the narrative, craft compelling messaging, and design go-to-market strategies that make competitors sweat. Reporting to the CMO, the CRO and the CEO, you’ll bridge the gap between our cutting-edge technology and the businesses that need it most, turning technical complexity into irresistible value for IT partners and SMBs.

This is your chance to shape the future of cloud solutions in a hyper-growth environment where creativity, tech savvy, and business acumen collide.

  1. Own the Market Narrative

    • Define JOTELULU’s positioning as the partner-centric cloud innovator for SMBs.

    • Translate infrastructure-heavy technical differentiators into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with IT partners and end-users.

    • Develop category-defining thought leadership (whitepapers, webinars, campaigns) that establishes JOTELULU as the industry’s North Star.

  2. Launch with Precision, Scale with Impact

    • Design and execute hyper-targeted go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products/features, ensuring flawless alignment across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

    • Arm the sales team with killer collateral—case studies, battlecards, demos—that turn technical specs into ROI-driven conversations.

    • Measure and optimize campaigns in real-time, leveraging data to double down on what works and pivot fast on what doesn’t.

  3. Fuel Explosive Growth

    • Identify untapped market opportunities through competitive analysis, customer insights, and trend forecasting.

    • Partner with Sales to refine pricing strategies, packaging, and promotions that crush quotas and accelerate pipeline velocity.

    • Turn customer success stories into viral marketing gold, showcasing tangible outcomes for SMBs.

  4. Lead Cross-Functionally, Think Like a CEO

    • Collaborate with Product Managers to infuse market insights into the roadmap—be the voice of the customer at every stage.

    • Partner with Engineering to demystify technical capabilities for non-technical audiences.

    • Work with UX to ensure product experiences align with brand promises.

  5. Build a Marketing Machine

    • Mentor a high-performing product marketing team (current or future), fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and rapid execution.

    • Define KPIs that matter: market share growth, lead conversion, campaign ROI, and sales enablement effectiveness.

  • Proficiency in Spanish and  English is required.
  • 5+ years in B2B product marketing, preferably in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or IT services. You’ve marketed complex tech products to technical and non-technical buyers.

  • Proven track record of disruption: You’ve launched category-creating products, repositioned brands, or turned underdogs into market leaders.

  • Technical fluency: You can translate “infrastructure-as-code” into “competitive advantage” without breaking a sweat.

  • Data obsession: You live by metrics, A/B tests, and ROI—no fluff, just results.

  • Storytelling mastery: Your messaging sticks in buyers’ minds like a chart-topping chorus.

  • Scrappy and strategic: You thrive in scale-ups where agility meets ambition.
