Production Filling Warehouse Operators

Job Title: Production & Warehouse Operator (3 Positions: Filling, Mixing, Warehouse)
Location: Diversey España Production S.L
Department: Production / Logistics

Job Purpose:
To support manufacturing and warehouse operations by performing filling, mixing, and material handling activities, ensuring products are produced, stored, and dispatched safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production (Filling & Mixing):

• Operate and monitor filling and mixing equipment according to production schedules
• Measure, prepare, and mix raw materials following approved formulations
• Ensure correct product quantities, labeling, and packaging standards
• Monitor processes and perform in-process quality checks
• Record batch and production data accurately
• Carry out basic equipment checks, cleaning, and routine maintenance
• Report any deviations, faults, or quality issues promptly

Warehouse Operations:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials and finished goods
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders in line with schedules
• Operate forklift trucks (FLT) safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control
• Ensure correct labeling, storage, and handling of materials

Health, Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across production and warehouse areas
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred
• Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence required for warehouse role
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic IT skills for recording production and inventory data
• Flexibility to work shifts and support multiple operational areas
