Beiersdorf is a leading company in the cosmetics and medical device sector, with renowned brands such as Nivea, Eucerin, Liposan, and Hansaplast. We are dedicated to growing our plaster business through focus, attention to detail, creativity, and a strong drive to excel.


Our medical device plant in Argentona (Barcelona, SPAIN) is undergoing an exciting transformation driven by increasing production volumes and forward-looking investments. In this context, we are looking for a Production Planner, who is eager to actively contribute to these changes with an open-minded and collaborative team spirit.


Your Tasks


  • Plan and sequence production over a 3-week horizon, ensuring a feasible and executable plan aligned with Manufacturing and the Center of Excellence.

  • Create and manage process orders, adjusting the short-term plan in response to operational changes or short-term issues.

  • Contribute to the campaign plan by providing technical knowledge of the different production lines and equipment, maintaining close contact with the factory and acting on the shopfloor as the planning voice in the daily operational routine.

  • Manage planning semi-finished products, optimizing resources and safety stocks to ensure efficiency and continuity in production.

  • Analyze demand, capacity, inventories, and constraints to anticipate short-term risks and promoting mitigation actions.

  • Optimize production sequences to maximize efficiency, productivity and service level by continuous improvement mindset.

  • Plan workforce and shift requirements according to the production plan, ensuring adequate coverage and flexibility to respond to operational changes.

Your Profile


  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in production planning or industrial environments.

  • Knowledge of detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory planning.

  • Analytical skills, results-oriented, and able to adapt to operational changes.

  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills and proficiency in Excel; ERP experience (SAP is a plus).

  • Advanced English.
