• Student support: Support students through their entire student journey during their face to face residentials and online periods.
• Faculty training and technical assistance: Support professors in the use of teaching tools and platforms, resolve technical questions, and deliver tailored training sessions as needed.
• Videoconference preparation: Assist faculty during virtual sessions and ensure smooth delivery of online classes and events.
• Team assistance and support: Collaborate in operational and administrative tasks to enable effective teamwork and continuous improvement of program processes.
• Cross-team collaboration: Align and collaborate closely with different department inside IE
• Availability to travel and support students in international residencies

• Full fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Team player, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
