Join our team in Madrid as a Project Coordinator(Industrial Project Logistics Division)!

Main responsibilities:

• To coordinate a seamless flow of cargo from the point of contractual origin to destination. Commercial and Technical offers preparation support;
• To ensure the implementation for all transportation and freight expenditure ahead of actual movements in accordance with the preset criteria;
• To implement working procedures alongside with IP’s adopted shipping, consolidation and logistics strategy;
• To verify and evaluate the technical suitability of the proposed method of transport and, identify the Required-On-Site (ROS) date for the material and equipment released for shipment;
• To attend project progress meetings, meetings at Client’s, the Seller’s / Supplier’s facilities when requested by the Project.

Our expectations:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Logistics or FCL transportation;
• Experience with logistics operations management in Oil&Gas industry will be an advantage;
• Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry;
• Knowledge of Project Cargo transportation;
• Exceptional problem solving skills;
• Proactive approach;
• Ability to work both individually and in a team.
