We're looking for a Project Manager to run the day-to-day delivery of creative projects within an account, working in close, constant contact with both the creative team and the accounts team. This person keeps campaigns moving (timelines, scope, dependencies) while genuinely understanding the creative work itself: what a good asset looks like and how to translate creative intent into a workable plan.
This role calls for someone with a real eye for creativity and campaigns, comfortable sitting between strategy, creative, and execution - confident enough to make judgment calls.
Key responsibilities
Project delivery
Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects/campaigns: scope, timelines, budget tracking, dependencies.
Select and apply the right PM methodology per project, escalating to senior PMs/leadership only when it affects the wider account.
Anticipate risks and blockers early (capacity, feedback loops, approval delays) and resolve or propose solutions independently.
Own quality assurance on deliverables, making sure creative output meets brief and client requirements before it goes out.
Creative & account collaboration
Act as the daily connector between the creative team and the accounts team, translating client feedback into clear creative direction, and creative constraints into realistic timelines for accounts.
Bring solid knowledge of creative processes and campaign structures (concepting, production, post-production, adaptations) to how projects are planned and run.
Sit in creative reviews and status calls, contributing informed input.
Maintain consistency and quality across creative rounds, versioning, and approvals.
Tools and standards
Use and contribute to improve Project Management Tools as the operating system for assigned projects: workflows, intake forms, proofing & approval, resourcing.
Apply and help reinforce the planning/governance standards set by the wider PM function.
Keep documentation, statuses, and reporting clean and reliable for leadership visibility.
Resourcing
Manage resource allocation across the team, flagging constraints before they become blockers and highlighting opportunities.
Maintain the freelancer/partner studio database and lead outreach when extra hands are needed.
What we're looking for
5–7 years' experience in project management or project operations, ideally in a creative agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
Solid fluency across multiple PM methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) with the judgment to choose the right one per project.
Deep, hands-on experience with Wrike, Jira, Asana, or similar PM tools.
Strong knowledge of creativity, campaigns, and creative production; someone who can look at an asset and understand what's working and what isn't.
Confident being the direct point of contact between creative and accounts, resolving tension constructively without escalating everything.
Proactive, solutions-oriented, comfortable owning a project without close supervision.
Fluent English and Spanish. Any extra language is a plus.
