Project Manager

Position Summary

You will lead technical projects across cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, infrastructure specialists), ensuring delivery on time and with high quality. You'll drive delivery within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), working with technologies such as Python, cloud platforms (Azure), and deployment/orchestration pipelines. Experience in the telecom sector is a plus.

The position is based in Spain, with a flexible working model depending on the team needs: remote, hybrid, or office-based.

What You'll Work On

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, coordinating developers, data engineers, and infrastructure specialists to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
  
• Plan and run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlogs, stand-ups, retrospectives) using tools such as Jira to keep delivery on track.
  
• Manage client relationships: negotiate scope, timelines, and expectations, deciding when to accommodate a request and when to hold the line to protect quality or delivery.
  
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans.
  
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and blockers, and coordinate across teams to resolve them.
  
• Work closely with technical teams on solutions involving Python, cloud platforms (Azure), and deployment/orchestration pipelines, understanding trade-offs rather than just tracking tasks.
