- Lead the planning, coordination, and technical management of complex digital projects – with a focus on e-commerce, digital platforms, integrations, and interface management.
- Translate client requirements into technical concepts, working closely with architects and developers to ensure scalable, performant, and secure solutions.
- Identify technical dependencies, risks, and opportunities early on and ensure smooth processes for development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage Scrum teams and sprints, define backlogs and priorities, and maintain transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Use your technical foresight and structured mindset to guide projects from initial architecture decisions to successful go-live.
- When challenges arise, you stay calm, find pragmatic solutions, and balance customer needs with technical realities.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Media, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in technical project management for web, e-commerce, or digital platform projects.
- Familiarity with CMS, e-commerce, and framework technologies (e.g. AEM, TYPO3, Shopware, Salesforce Commerce, React, Node.js, REST APIs, GraphQL).
- Confident working with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of DevOps, hosting, cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP), and deployment processes.
- Fluent in German and English, with relevant certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) being a plus.
- A structured, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to connect technology and business goals seamlessly.
