Project Manager (CSA)

• Lead and manage all Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction
  activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for
  CSA works.
  
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  
• Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality
  standards, and client requirements.
  
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation
  strategies.
  
• Collaborate with Design Managers, MEP teams, Commercial teams, and
  clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
  
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning support, and final handover
  activities.
  
• Manage project reporting, change control, and stakeholder
  communications.
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  across all CSA activities.
  
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution.
  

Requisitos

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CSA packages on large
  scale construction projects.
  
• Background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction
  Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  
• Experience within data centres, industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or
  energy projects is highly desirable.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration,
  and project controls.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.
  
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem -solving skills.
  • Fluent Spanish and professional English.
  
• Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools.
