Property Listing Agent

Location: Panoramis Life & Business Center, Alicante
Contract: Spanish Employment Contract (Base Salary + Commission)

We are Developments.es & NewBuildProperties.com, a fast-growing real estate group with more than 65 agents across Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol, and Dubai.
Our focus is new builds, off-plan projects, and high-quality resale homes - and we’re expanding.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visit and value residential properties across Costa Blanca
• Build trust with owners and secure exclusive listings
• Coordinate documentation, photos, and listing details
• Collaborate with our marketing, admin, and sales teams
• Ensure listings are accurate, compelling, and published on major portals
• Represent the company professionally and consistently

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience listing properties in Costa Blanca
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Any other additional language is a plus)
• Holds or has held a valid Real Estate License
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with homeowners
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• Based near Alicante with a valid driver’s license and own car
• Organized, professional, and proactive
