This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing, launching, and scaling new consumer-facing digital services across Europe and Latin America. You will be involved throughout the product journey, from identifying opportunities and shaping new propositions to driving go-to-market activities, measuring performance, and continuously improving the customer experience.

We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on experience launching B2C digital products or services, and the curiosity and drive to challenge existing ways of working.

About the Role

As our Proposition Management Associate, you will work closely with the Proposition Domain Manager for Digital and the wider Proposition Management Team to identify, develop, and bring innovative digital services to market.

Our ambition is to expand our digital services offering, exploring new ways to create value for customers and reach new audiences beyond our traditional product portfolio.

We are entering an exciting phase where we are bringing new digital propositions to market, both as part of our existing customer offering and as standalone services available to a wider audience.

You will play an important role in defining how these services reach customers, supporting customer acquisition and activation, and helping establish the right commercial strategies and performance indicators to drive future growth.

The role combines elements of digital product management, proposition development, and go-to-market execution, offering the opportunity to influence both the development of new features and how our services are positioned and launched.

Working across multiple markets and alongside international teams, you will help build and evolve digital propositions that can scale across different geographies, customer segments, and technology platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive digital product launches: Support the development and launch of new B2C digital products and services, from initial concept through go-to-market execution and ongoing improvement.
• Shape compelling propositions: Identify customer needs and market opportunities, translating insights into attractive and commercially viable digital services.
• Develop go-to-market strategies: Work closely with commercial and market teams to define how new services are introduced, promoted, and adopted by customers, including both standalone and existing portfolio offerings.
• Drive customer acquisition and activation: Identify opportunities to attract new users, improve onboarding and activation, and create the foundation for long-term engagement and revenue growth.
• Contribute to product development: Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, developers, and architecture teams to shape new features and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Measure and optimise performance: Define and monitor relevant KPIs related to acquisition, activation, customer engagement, commercial performance, and user experience, using data to guide decisions.
• Support international expansion: Contribute to the launch and evolution of digital services across European and Latin American markets, adapting propositions to different customer needs and market conditions.
• Collaborate across functions: Build strong relationships with colleagues across technology, design, marketing, operations, legal, and commercial teams to ensure successful product delivery.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a proactive, curious, and commercially minded professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience.

You are comfortable taking initiative, challenging assumptions, and driving things forward, even when the path ahead is not fully defined.

To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:

• Around 3–6 years of relevant experience in digital product management, product marketing, proposition management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience launching digital products or services, preferably within a B2C environment, with a good understanding of go-to-market activities.
• Experience contributing to the development and launch of new products or services, ideally from concept to market.
• A strong commercial mindset and an understanding of how digital services create value for customers and businesses.
• Good analytical capabilities, including experience defining, tracking, and interpreting product or commercial KPIs.
• An interest in technology and digital services, combined with the ability to translate technical opportunities into customer value.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, UX/UI, IT, and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas, influence decisions, and build effective working relationships.
• A structured approach to problem-solving, balancing attention to detail with an understanding of the bigger picture.
• A relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience from a start-up, an established international organisation, or a combination of both can be equally valuable. What matters most is your ability to take ownership, learn from experience, and turn opportunities into results.

Nice to Have

• Experience launching entirely new digital products or services from scratch.
• Experience with freemium, subscription-based, or other digital B2C business models.
• Experience developing customer acquisition, activation, or growth strategies.
• Experience working across multiple international markets.
• Knowledge of market research and customer insights.
• Project management experience.
• Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, French, or Italian.
