Public Funding Controller

As a Public Funding Controller your main responsibilities will be:

• Is accountable for the projects that could receive a Tax Credit or Grant

• To encourage Valeo Team (R&D Technical people in site) to get the information needed to complete the files to submit the different projects

• To prepare dossiers (Tax Credit & Grants) with consultants support applying all Valeo compliance rules

• To apply the standard in Tax Deduction, in order to implement the same dossiers in all the Spanish plants

• In order to prepare the dossier, analyze the cost of Activities, analyze the people and the suppliers, in order to get the Budget

• To Prepare/Recopilate the technical Files in order to share with the consultant to complete the dossier

• To participate and contribute in the Meeting between consultant and Valeo 

• To follow up the completion of the dossiers until get the Entity Certificate or the Grant

• To fill and complete the Monthly Report

• To prepare and follow the sign of GATA (Grant Accounting Treatment Approval)

• To prepare and follow the sign of FAR (Founding Authorization Request)

• Monitoring and control of the process for the approval / signing of projects and final certification

• To assure that all the documents that we present to Spanish Organism respect all the rules in order to reach the maximum in Grant or in Tax Credit.
  To follow up all the projects at the Electronic Portal of the Public Organisms during the life of the project (Nowadays all the documents must be verified and submitted it in the Electronic Portal, for Tax Credit and Grants).

Your profile:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.

- Fluency in Spanish and a high level of English (French is a plus).

- Results orientation, commitment to teamwork within an international environment

- High standards of professionalism and transparency.
