In this role, you will support our Talent Acquisition function by ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. You\u2019ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross\u2011functional partners to keep our hiring processes running seamlessly.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.\n\n * Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.\n\n * Maintain accurate and up\u2011to\u2011date information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\n\n * Prepare offer letters, support onboarding logistics, and assist with pre\u2011employment documentation.\n\n * Partner with recruiters to manage job postings, pipeline updates, and hiring timelines.\n\n * Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when needed.\n\n * Help streamline and improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction.\n\n\n\n\nWhat You Bring\n\n * Experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a similar operations\u2011focused role.\n\n * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\n * Excellent communication skills in English; \n\n * Comfort working in a fast\u2011paced, international environment.\n\n * High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.\n\n * Familiarity with ATS tools and scheduling platforms is an advantage.\n\n\n\n\nWhy Join Us\n\n * A dynamic, multicultural team based in the heart of Barcelona.\n\n * Opportunities to grow within Talent Acquisition or broader People functions.\n\n * Hybrid working environment with flexibility.\n\n * A culture that values collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.\n\n\n\n\nLife at PTC is about more than working with today\u2019s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
