About the position  


We are a leading company in the FMCG sector, with a strong portfolio of well known brands and an ambitious growth strategy across national and international markets. We are committed to innovation, sustainability, and talent development. We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to drive growth with key customers and strengthen our presence in the region. 


 


Main Responsibilities:



  • Manage and develop relationships with key regional accounts within the retailmodern trade, and/or impulse channels, depending on the assigned portfolio. 



  • Negotiate commercial agreements, annual terms, promotions, and activation plans at the point of sale. 



  • Analyse sales data, rotation, margins, and growth opportunities, proposing concrete action plans. 



  • Coordinate the execution of commercial strategies with internal teams: marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, and finance. 



  • Ensure proper implementation of agreements in-store, guaranteeing product visibility and availability. 



  • Identify expansion opportunities and new customers within the assigned region. 



  • Prepare periodic reports on results, forecasts, and KPIs. 


 


So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 



  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles within the FMCG industry. 



  • Strong knowledge of the retail channel and experience negotiating with regional accounts. 



  • Analytical mindset and proficiency with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.). 



  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills. 



  • Results oriented profile with initiative and autonomy. 



  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region. 



  • Residence in Madrid or Barcelona (or willingness to relocate). 



  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
