We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business expansion across the DACH market.

What You'll Do (The Mission)

• Own the Full Cycle: Manage the entire sales journey from cold outreach to discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
• Fuel the Pipeline: Drive high-velocity outbound activity (cold calling, personalized email campaigns, social selling) targeting top eCommerce brands.
• Showcase AI in Action: Run tailored product demonstrations in German & English that clearly solve customer pain points.
• Close & Scale: Turn trial users and inbound prospects into high-value Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Track & Optimize: Maintain CRM visibility and hit weekly/monthly milestones (activity, demos, win rate, and revenue).

Who You Are (Your Profile)

• Languages: Native or fluent German (C1/C2) + fluent/business English.
• Residency: Currently based in Spain with an active NIE/work authorization (Mandatory).
• Experience: 1–5+ years in high-volume outbound B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or AE roles.
• Hunter Mentality: Proven comfort with high-outreach environments (80–100 touchpoints/calls/day) and multi-channel prospecting.
• Commercial Polish: Strong negotiation skills, quick rapport-building, and confident demo delivery.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern CRM and sales automation tools.
